What is the redzone FITNESS PROGRAM?


A Heart Rate Monitored Group Personal Training Workout System For Women that integrates all of the most progressive exercise science techniques into one program, not only burning more calories while you are training but also accelerating your metabolism long after the workout is finished. You’ll keep burning fat and calories at a higher rate - for up to 16 hours or longer.

Extensive science and research validate that total body workouts, with intervals of High Intensity Training (HIT) that include both resistance and cardio for all fitness levels, are the most effective. Cardio Strength Training works because burning fat requires oxygen, and the more oxygen that gets inside your body, the more fat your body burns. Our workout increases your body’s need for oxygen during the exercise session, creating an oxygen shortage that causes your body to ask for more oxygen during recovery.

Our team of fitness experts create an exercise experience that is challenging, unique, personal, energetic and fun. We use a workout structure developed by fitness experts using scientific principles to help you maximize calorie burn, get stronger, and achieve your goals.

Our instructors expertly modify exercises, scale weight loads, and demonstrate alternative moves that vary in intensity, providing everyone with a challenging yet attainable RedZone experience. These workouts are not magic; they are scientifically backed and deliberately crafted exercises that require maximum effort and provide noticeable results with a challenging yet attainable redzone FITNESS experience.

Our workouts include...

Our unique format provides three to five workout zones, scripted and supervised by your trainer. We integrate cardio interval training with blocks or circuits of exercises in every class, in order to deliver optimal results. Because our exercises challenge your fitness level, you can go as fast or as slow as you want to until your repetition scheme is over. This means that those who aren’t yet in great shape can rest if they need to - without feeling like they’re holding up the group.


All-out cardio intervals

These push your heart rate from 80% to 95% performance, followed by active recovery. You can choose from a power walk, jog, run, or sprint.


Functional training

Focusing on foundational movements like squatting, pressing, jumping, pulling and lunging trains your body for life’s daily activities.


Strength training

Building muscle and eliciting hormonal responses makes carbohydrate processing more efficient and helps stave off osteoporosis.


Total body focus

Exercises that target the whole body help to engage multiple muscle groups, resulting in greater muscle activity and more calories burned.


Varied exercises

We deliver a different RedZone experience each day, which prevents your body from plateauing and your progress from stalling.

Heart rate monitored workouts


The whole time you’re exercising at redzone FITNESS studio, you’ll have heart rate data on the screen in front of you, including your number of heartbeats per minute, number of calories burned, percentage of your maximum heart rate, and intensity zone. This constant visual feedback motivates you to either push yourself or ease off, depending on your personal goals. You’ll even get a workout report by email after class, summarizing your performance so you can see how you’re doing.

This approach allows you to train at an exertion level that’s safe and appropriate, yet challenging, and ensures you reach your potential every time and get the most from every minute you invest in your workout.
